Stretching Exercises - Forearm - Golfer's Elbow
Primary Muscles: Wrist Flexors
Secondary Muscles: Biceps Brachii, Brachioradialis, Brachialis
  1. Extend your left arm directly out in front of you with the palm facing up. Place your right hand over your left fingers.
  2. Pull your left fingers back towards your body keeping your arm straight. Hold Stretch for 20-30 seconds and repeat with the other side
