Shoulder Exercises - Machine Posterior Deltoid Fly
Primary Muscles: Posterior Deltoid, Rhomboids, Trapezius
Secondary Muscles: Latissimus Dorsi
  1. Sit facing machine. The arms of the machine should be extended out in front of you. Seat should be adjusted so that your hands are at shoulder level when you grasp the vertical handles.
  2. Pull handles out and back.
  3. Slowly return to starting position.

Helpful Hints:
Keep chest off the pad and hold your abdominals tight.
