Tubing Exercises - Posterior Deltoid Fly
Primary Muscles: Posterior Deltoid
Secondary Muscles: Middle Rhomboids and Middle Trapezius
  1. Weave tubing around each doorknob of an open door or wrap around pole. Stand with your knees bent, abs tight, buttocks out and shoulders back and face the door. Grasp the handles of the tubing with your palms facing each other.
  2. Keep your arms straight and out to the side with your elbows soft. Move your arms out and back away from the door while keeping your hands at just below shoulder height.

Helpful Hints:
Keep your shoulders back during this exercise.
