Tubing Exercises - Bicep Curl
Primary Muscles: Biceps Brachii
Secondary Muscles: Brachialis, Brachioradialis
  1. Stabilized posture with arms down by your side and palms facing forward. Place one or both feet on the center of the band assuring that equal tension is in both hands.
  2. Bring the handles out, up and in to your body so that it makes an arc. Avoid fully extending your arm when bringing the handles down.

Helpful Hints:
Avoid swaying your body when you are bringing the handles up.
